Wialon (by Gurtam) is a serious telematics platform - by their own account it operates through a network of 2,700+ partners in 160+ countries. That network is also the model: you do not buy from Wialon, you buy from a local integrator who assembles the solution for you.
Which is why their pricing page carries no figures, just a "Get pricing" form: the subscription is monthly, based on the average number of connected vehicles, and the actual terms come from the partner. Devices are not included either - Wialon keeps a catalogue of integrated hardware from many manufacturers, but you source the tracker and SIM separately.
SimpleGPS is the opposite: a finished service for the end customer. The price is published in euro on the site, the device ships pre-configured with an active SIM, and the account takes two minutes to create online - no partner, no quote, no implementation project.

You buy from a partner, not the vendor
With Wialon you go through a local integrator: they quote, they configure, they support. That is good on a large project, but it means calls and waiting. With SimpleGPS there is no middleman - you sign up yourself and pay us directly.

Wialon pricing page describes the products (Hosting, Local, Lite, Platform) and explains that the subscription depends on the average number of vehicles, but publishes no amounts - there is an enquiry form. SimpleGPS publishes the euro price on the site, before you hand over any details.
The hardware is your problem
Wialon is software: it is compatible with thousands of devices, but choosing, buying, SIM-provisioning and configuring them is down to you or the partner. Ours ships pre-configured with the SIM inside and attaches to our listener out of the box.
A private owner with one car
The Wialon model is built around fleets and projects - for a single personal car it rarely makes sense to go hunting for an integrator. SimpleGPS works the same for one car as for a fleet: same per-vehicle price, same interface.
