GPS fleet tracking
you never have to maintain

Every vehicle on one live map, trips and stops recorded on their own, driving logs ready to print at the end of the month. No server of your own, no software to install - you plug the device in and the vehicle shows up.

The whole fleet on one screen

Open the map and see where every vehicle is right now, how fast it is moving and how long it has been standing. It runs in the browser and on your phone - nothing to install and nothing for drivers to learn, because they never touch it.

  • Live map with every vehicle at once
  • Route history by day, with trips and stops
  • Distance driven over any period you pick

Driving logs that write themselves

The dullest part of running a fleet disappears: pick a vehicle and a month and get a finished driving log with company details and the real distance - to print, save as PDF or export to Excel/CSV for accounting. The numbers come from the device itself, not from copying an odometer by hand.

  • A finished document per vehicle and month
  • Print, PDF or export to Excel/CSV
  • Real distance from the device, not an estimate

Everything else a fleet asks for

Daily and monthly reports

Breakdowns per vehicle or for the whole fleet: distance, time moving, stops. Useful both for fuel and for the conversation with the driver.

Alerts that arrive in time

Email and in-app notifications when a vehicle leaves a zone, stands still too long or the device is unplugged. Critical alerts are marked apart from informational ones.

Geofences

Draw your depot, a site or a customer address and get a signal on entry and exit. It also shows how long the vehicle actually stayed there.

Access for your team

Give a dispatcher or a manager access without handing out your own password. Everyone signs in with their own account.

Anti-theft too

Tow detection, jammer detection and a backup battery that keeps reporting after the power is cut.

Nothing to maintain

The server and the database are our job, hosted in the EU (Germany), and the map comes ready inside the app. You open a working app instead of running infrastructure.

How a fleet gets started

  1. 1

    Tell us how many vehicles

Request a quote with your vehicle count and the install type. At 10+ vehicles we offer volume pricing.

  2. 2

    Devices arrive configured

Every device ships with an active SIM and the configuration already done. OBD models plug in within 30 seconds; hidden models are wired by an auto electrician.

  3. 3

    The map starts moving

Vehicles appear in one shared account from the first power-on. There is no rollout period.

A transparent price per vehicle

You pay for the service per vehicle, in euro, monthly or yearly - no long-term contract and no hidden fees. The device is bought once and stays yours. At 10+ vehicles the price is individual, which is why we quote it instead of guessing at it.

Running fewer than 10 vehicles? Do not wait for a quote - the prices are public. See pricing

The questions that come up before a fleet starts

How many vehicles make GPS fleet tracking worth it?

It pays off from 2-3 vehicles, because past that the manual driving logs and the "where are you" phone calls start costing more time than the service does. At 10+ vehicles we give volume pricing, so at that point you ask for a quote rather than read the price list.

What does GPS fleet tracking cost, and what am I paying for?

You pay for the service per vehicle, in euro, monthly or yearly - no long-term contract and no hidden fees. The device is bought once and stays yours for good, and the SIM ships inside it and works for as long as the plan is active. Under 10 vehicles the prices are public; above that we quote them concretely.

Do I need my own server or any software to install?

No. The server and the database are our job, hosted in the EU (Germany), and the map comes ready inside the app. You open a working app in the browser or on your phone - nothing to install, update or maintain, and drivers never touch it.

How long does it take to roll out across the whole fleet?

There is no rollout period. Every device ships with an active SIM and its configuration already done: OBD models plug into the port in about 30 seconds, and the hidden ones are wired in by an auto electrician following the included instructions. Vehicles appear in the shared account from the first power-on.

Are the driving logs really produced automatically?

Yes. You pick a vehicle and a month and get a finished document with the company details, registration number and the real distance driven - to print, as PDF, or exported to Excel/CSV for accounting. The kilometres come from the device itself, not from copying an odometer by hand.

Can a dispatcher get access without me handing over my password?

Yes. You grant access to a dispatcher or manager and each of them signs in with their own account, so no passwords get shared and you can see who did what.

Tell us how many vehicles you run

We reply with a concrete quote: devices, installation and the monthly fee per vehicle. No lock-in and no cold calls.
