This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone who uses SimpleGPS (https://simplegps.bg). Breaching it may lead to suspension or termination.
You must not
- Break the law or infringe others' rights (including IP and privacy).
- Upload malware, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other Workspaces or our infrastructure.
- Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Service without our written permission, or circumvent authentication, rate limits or tenant isolation.
- Use the Service to store or transmit unlawful, defamatory, or harmful content.
- Track individuals without a lawful basis (e.g. employee vehicles without informing the driver, or any vehicle you do not have authority over).
- Send spam or harvest data about other users.
- Overload or disrupt the Service (e.g. denial-of-service, excessive automated requests).
- Resell or provide the Service to third parties except as permitted by your plan.
Security research
If you believe you have found a vulnerability, please report it to support@simplegps.bg rather than exploiting it. We will not pursue good-faith research that respects this AUP.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement. We may remove content or suspend access to protect the Service and its users.
